Excellent customer service at this roomy rv campground! From check in to check out we were treated kindly and respectfully. The owners are delightful and could not have been more pleasant. They even helped us troubleshoot when we couldn’t get the cable to work!! Souvenirs and some camper supplies in the office. Sites are well maintained and very clean. Laundry is spacious and machines are very clean. While you can use coins they also use ClearToken so you can pay with your phone. Very convenient! There are several off lead dog areas, too. Right on the highway so some road noise but not really bad. Close to Carlsbad Caverns and other local sites.

Definitely doesn’t look like the photos online. But it wasn’t horrible. Though it wasn’t great either. One of the workers there likes to walk through your campsite for a shortcut, there are a lot of people that live there full time, and some of them like to party LOUD on their days off, the grounds aren’t kept clean. But, the office people we interacted with were friendly, so there’s a plus. Overall, just ok.
Fabulous rv park 2 minutes to downtown Carlsbad and 20 minutes from the caverns. Great level gravel site, full service. Well spaced sites. Some shade trees but mostly open. Clean and well equipped laundry in site. Indoor heated pool.
This is a pretty nice park. Seems to have everything you need. Sites are a great size and level. Good water pressure. Nice staff and knowledgeable about the area. Pool is okay. Washrooms are great and clean. On the outskirts of town. Fairly quiet. Even has a store for a few food essentials and things you might need for your RV.
Great choice when visiting Carlsbad Caverns. Nice level sites. Everything's gravel, no grass. They did have a nice dog park to walk your dog, so they don't have to spend their whole time walking on rough gravel. Poor T-Mobile service. Good enough for web browsing, but not for streaming.
The staff at Carlsbad RV were amazing. They did their very best for their guests and exceeded expectations in everything they did. The pool, bathrooms and laundry were clean. I would not hesitate to stay again.
Well kept, great friendly staff, nice location. Even had trees shading the little cabin and considering this is Nee Mexico I was thrilled. The indoor pool was well kept and they were even draining and cleaning it it the middle of the night even though to me it didn’t appear bad I guess it wasn’t up to their standards. The bathrooms were clean and new, laundry room is HUGE with folding tables a tv with movies to chose from and board games. They thought of everything. Just a really great place. No complaints or even suggestions they also have multiple little dog park areas.
While the camp ground was nice, clean and large, the park was only partly full. We arrived early and was told we had to wait and 1 1/2 hours to get into our space which was unoccupied. Felt like they were being petty. Seems like poor customer service to us. Would have even been willing to pay extra but they made us wait. Would have understood had it been a full park. Just a shame they didn’t care.
